The Send a Request form on this site asks for the following, some required and some optional:

• First and last name (required, so we can give you a shout-out on the air)
• Street address, city, state, and ZIP (optional, used to mention where you're listening from)
• Email address and phone number (optional, used only to follow up if needed)
• Song or artist request, and any dedication or message you choose to include

Our web host may also automatically log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is standard for almost every website and is used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To play your request and read your dedication or shout-out on the show
• To contact you back if your message asks a question or needs a reply
• To keep the site running and protect it from spam and abuse

On-air mentions

If you submit a request, you should expect that your first name, the city/state you provided, and your dedication may be read aloud on the air or on the show's social channels. If you'd prefer your request stay private or be read anonymously, just say so in the message field and we'll honor that.
